I’m a somatic coach devoted to helping people come home to their bodies and live from a place of deeper truth and self-trust.
My work is grounded, intuitive, and guided by the belief that healing happens when we feel safe enough to be real.
I’m not here to fix you or rush your process.
I’m here to walk alongside you as you listen to what your body has been holding, and to support you in reconnecting with the part of you that already knows the way.

How We Work Together~
My approach is somatic, relational, and
paced by your nervous system.
I offer one-, two-, and three-month coaching containers designed to support real integration
- not quick fixes.
Together we meet weekly in sessions guided by what feels most present and alive,
rather than following a rigid agenda.
Between sessions, you’ll receive personalized invitations and practices to help the work
gently land in your daily life.
Sessions are held online, allowing us to meet in a way that feels flexible and supportive
wherever you are.
