Healing and integration take time...
Rather than one-off sessions, we work together in containers designed to support trust, pacing, and lasting change. Containers are offered in one-, two-, and three-month commitments to support nervous system integration.
Each container includes:
• Weekly 1:1 online sessions
• Personalized practices & check in's between sessions
• Ongoing relational support within our agreed container.
Investment typically ranges between $850–$2,350, depending on container length.
A limited number of sliding-scale spaces are available.
